I am a Chartered Psychologist with a PhD in Psychology and a BABCP-accredited CBT psychotherapist. I specialise in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety disorders, low mood, depression, stress, and difficulties with emotion regulation. My approach is structured, evidence-based, and culturally sensitive. I primarily use cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), while also drawing on acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and compassion-focused therapy (CFT). Together, these approaches can help you make sense of your experiences, break unhelpful patterns, and develop practical strategies to feel more in control and live with greater ease.
Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially when you find yourself caught in cycles of worry, sadness, or intense emotions. You do not have to go through this alone, change is possible.
My style is warm, collaborative, empathetic, and non-judgemental. We will work together to explore what is happening for you and identify a way forward that feels manageable and meaningful. If you are ready to take the first step, I am here to support you.
