After a long period of depression and low self esteem, Sara gave me the strength, the tools and the courage to realise that my worth is as important as everyone else’s. I had struggled for years with both family and partner relationships and had allowed myself to be treated with contempt and disregard. Sara taught and instilled in me boundaries, that I realised I had lived without for far too long, and had resulted in me being pushed around by others.
