HCPC Registered Occupational Therapist

Lyndsay Wilkinson

Hello, I’m Lyndsay. I’m a HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist and Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) with over 20 years’ experience working in NHS mental health services. I offer a warm, collaborative, and evidence-based approach to therapy.

I work with adults and young people (18+) experiencing difficulties such as anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, psychosis and bipolar disorder. While CBT is my core approach, I draw on a range of evidence-based psychological therapies as well as my Occupational Therapy knowledge, to tailor treatment to each person’s needs, preferences, and goals. I have particular expertise in working with psychosis and bipolar disorder. I also have extensive experience supporting families and partners in their loved ones’ recovery.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family, walking the dog, playing hockey, or enjoying a good book.
